You may be right, but I have no problem with someone pushing someone back who is in their face. His "battery" was not violent at all and definitely more defensive than anything. That should be considered, in my opinion.

Agree, the battery was not violent but my client "Karen" considered it extremely threatening. Plus Reggae went up a row complete and over 4 seats to CONFRONT Karen who remained in her original seat (she only stood due to the threat). I am telling y'all...Reggae man is gonna have problems.
