Lol according to Kanye, 30 showers couldn't get Amber Rose's stank off
The Nike Yeezys (photo in the OP's post) were badass and would def love a pair, but they sell for like $750 at the cheapest if you can find them.
The Adidas Yeezy's suck and I wouldn't spend more than $100 on them.
ETA: The nike shoes in the OP are older, he's now with adidas so I'd assume they're talking about the Boosts.
