Being a figure in pop-culture does not give one the ability to liken themselves to one of the greatest artists of all time. I'd actually venture to say that a majority of "pop" artists are actually the least "artistic" in their craft. They are just easy to sell to 15 year olds.
Kanye deserves credit for making himself a mogul to idiots and putting cash in his pocket. Good for him and I'll give him those kudos. But he has no right to think he's a genius.

Except he often acts like giant baby. Perhaps it is simply an act to garner more attention. The problem is that there are young people that look up to his behavior and not his actual success in business.
