I feel that this gentleman needs to be given another chance. He was probably just having a bad day, we all do. I can almost guarantee you this young man will become an important piece of society in the near future.

My guess is that the student is a special education student and has acted in this manner before. In short, SPED students have a TOTALLY different set of rules that makes them untouchable...until they pull this behavior on a police officer.
It does make me wonder if the deceased in these high profile police shootings were SPED. There has to be a high correlation imho.
