I am in that area a lot, and I don't think I've ever seen a swap going on. It's right in front of one of the nicest hotels in the city.
Don't get me wrong - I don't buy the story for a second, but getting drugs seems specious for the location he was in.

Apparently they gave her a misdemeanor ticket, although it doesn't say if the dropped the charge or not

Sounds a lot like the Sharmeka Moffit case in Winnsboro a few years back where the girl claimed white guys set her on fire and wrote KKK on her car. Turns out she did it all to herself.
