They need to get a warrant and take that shite. If it's fake, they need to throw the book at his retarded arse so this shite will stop

quote:Said he was happy to be alive after the attack, which happened while he was on the phone with the manager, but was not reported for almost an hour after the alleged attack.
So dude has a scratch under his eye and is claiming he was damn near lynched in Chicago (hardcore MAGA country), at 2AM, in zero degree weather.

I hope Tucker destroys this scumbag and he never finds work again

Reasonable doubt....
How do you think other cases are successfully prosecuted?
How do you think other false claims are proven false?
People can say what they want to outside of the court room, but when they get on the stand, or are across the table in an interrogation room and are faced with being an accomplice and/or perjury, self-preservation jumps the line in front of agenda-driven activism.
And even if they fail to successfully prosecute the liar, knowing that a precedent has been set that they can be charged for making the false claim, or even being a part of it, will cut down on most of the bullshite boogeyman stories.
For the most part, consequences have a way of governing peoples' actions and decision making, just as much as lack of consequences do.

I've always been a proponent of charging the people with the very crime they fabricate and make sure they get sentenced to the same extent that said crime carries
Very difficult to prosecute, but I agree.

At least I play the sarcastic a-hole well.

Nah, man. I just don't see things through your lens. I know I'm gonna catch heat on here. That's ok.
All I said was...let's see what happens. If this guy is lying, then frick him.
Because it's a stupid position to take when shite like this is so extreme right from jump. The reason you get the reaction of "oh, this sounds fake a frick" is because people don't just run around the street beating up black people and hanging nooses around their neck. Then, if that has ever happened, said black guy doesn't just stroll into his apt building with the noose draped around his neck and leave it on for an hour. This is why the racial climate will NEVER get better in this country.

quote:Yes. Two racist white Empire fans were so overcome by racism and homophobia that they either stalked him or spent hours in sub zero temps, waiting on their chance to attack this guy, and when they finally had the chance they spent under a minute on it and scratched his eye. This is now the story.

Will the media sweep this hoax under the rug?
Posted on 1/31/19 at 2:15 pm to RLDSC FAN
CNN has pretty much buried it. The only story they're running is how Kevin Hart has had to defend his support for JS against racist Trump supporters

It was the left that called him out for old tweets. Now he is the victim?
