Is there a link to this quote?

She spoke it at the press conference...

I'm sure you can see it on CNN, but hurry, they'll only be playing it for the next month and a half.

I asked #JussieSmollett as he waited for his car if he had any il will against #Chicago. He emphatically told me he loves the city and the people of Chicago and has no il feelings toward anyone here. I asked what about Chicago PD? “No comment”.

The ego, this is why Feds need to nail him. He knew the anointed one would make the calls.

I dont think anyone cares much about it. Its just a typical end to the story so far and no one can be that surprised in it

What do the Obamas have to gain by the charges against this dude getting dropped?

Keep in mind that no one thinks this exonerates him. Everyone thinks he paid his way out.

If the prosecutor had merely struck a generous plea bargain under which @JussieSmollett avoided jail but admitted guilt to at least one offense, people would have grumbled about unfair treatment, but understood. Dropping charges is a purely political act, and reeks of corruption.

Bruh, people on this board care.

It was 230 pages for crying out loud. People irrationally care about this more than they should on here, not sure how that's even up for debate.

this is the worst part, the SAO, allowed him to continue his charade. He should of been forced to admit what he did, if they were going to drop it in a deal.

The story dragged on for weeks and it was the definition of a roller coaster. Movie writers couldnt even think of the sequence of events.

Once he was caught and charges brought forth, the thread died.

How big of a circumstantial/conspiratorial picture do you need drawn to answer this question?

We knew that already. They admitted it was a staged attack.

You might say that. He still had to forfeit the bond he paid.

Money? No.

Power? No.

Furtherance of progressive ideas? No.

I’m just struggling to see why they would stick their neck out for Jussie fricking Smollet.
