I'll say it again. He is going to jail for more than 6 months and if they get the mail issue to stick which is a federal offense then Juicy Fruit will go to jail for a lot longer than 6 months. Remember they found a white substance that was later found to be aspirin or tylenol. Can't remember.

I cant fathom him not getting 10-20 years for the letter considering there is precedence of other people getting long sentences for this kind of stuff. What did the guy in Florida get who was arrested a couple months back? Or has it gone to trial?
If the U.S. Attorney does what has been done in previous cases I doubt Smollet even gets bail on the letter. Nor should he.
