Maybe it's just me but unless McKnight put his hands on him I see three gunshots as excessive force.

Nah, if there is evidence that McKnight was trying to get in Gasser's car, he'll be protected under the law.

So you really think Gasser, a man who followed someone to a gas station before and physically assuaged them over road rage, who also admits to "setting off after JM due to being angry at his driving", really acted in self defense, and not hot head anger?

If they can prove he was trying to get into the car, it's done. He has the right to use deadly force to prevent the entry into his car.

I mean this mother ducker axtually followed someone to a gas station and beat them while telling them he would get them at this exact same intersection

I think it's plausible to believe he was in some sort of fear...whether it was for his life or that he was about to get his arse kicked.

And from a non legal standpoint, when you are in fear because you are chasing another human being, an action you have done before which led to you assaulting a person , your fear does not get you out of murder in my eyes, because you initiated and brought upon said fear

It's not like you can't see how big JM is in the car. Based on his history, I tend to think he was ready to fight or shoot JM from the start.

I don't get the big football player argument either. McKnight was 5'11", 205 lbs.
