re: July 4th Picture from Miramar Beach, FL, Is this real?

No clue if it’s real or not, but in my opinion it’s a rookie mistake to ever plan a beach trip for 4th of July weekend.

If you cant find an off-peak time to take a few days off work/school to go, then it’s not worth the hassle IMO, just stay your arse at home.


ETA: Exceptions are if you have a home on a less-crowded stretch of beach and dont have to drive, or if you own ur own island.

We went one year on the 4th to grayton beach. It was fine, but the closest public access was like 2 miles away and no condos nearby

Not Miramar Beach which is between Destin, FL and the 30A area. It is Pensacola. The tall buildings in the background are Portofino and the 5/6 story white buildings in the background nearer the water are Regency Towers.

That’s Pensacola. Those two towers on the background are the portofino.
