There are a lot of smart folks in here from all arenas of life. So I thought I would ask this question here to see if anyone had knowledge and willing to share.

I Am currently on day 9 of juice fasting.

Juicing using kale, cucumber, carrot, celery, lemon, lime, ginger, onion and bell pepper.

I drink about 90oz of juice per day.

Should I be concerned about not getting enough Electrolytes?

stop the kale. period.

always change your greens once you use it up.

rotate. cilantro, parsley, chard, kale, collard greens.

take an enema.

stop the bell pepper for a while.

definitely need to swap out the carrots for beets.
are you hands orange yet?

Could use spinach, banana, or avocado to get electrolytes. Could also get coconut water.
