Isn't it odd that all of a sudden all around the Country people are hearing about these low bonds and other court shenanigans? My working theory is that we will soon see a push for a new govt agency or expanded court system to help solve this problem that the courts have created.

Apparently it’s multiple judges. The article says it was a 2-1 decision.
