Look Jussie needs to answer for this, but:
frick that. If you can get it off their physical devices, fine, but judges being able to make service providers give it up is bullshite that no one should be for.

In the warrants, Webb seeks information from the Google accounts of Smollett and his manager, including unsent draft emails and deleted messages. He also requests files from their Google Drive cloud storage services, Google Voice texts, and web browsing history.

Plus Kim Foxx hires outside legal help in Jussie Smollett probe, won’t say how much it’s costing taxpayers
Why is she so adamant about helping him? Everyone knows he's lying, it just seems like such a stupid situation to get involved with as a politician.

You make it sound like this isn't a common occurrence. What does it matter if they get it off the phone in their hands or the servers if it's all part of an investigation. Don't fuel racism by faking racist attacks if you don't want your privacy invaded

Why
Because it’s not their data. I don’t even think it’s right that Google can access stuff like my deleted emails after I’ve deleted them, but that’s another argument. But in any case they should have no right to distribute it to anyone. The implications of that are huge for everyone.

Just like they can make your accountant turn over relevant documents pursuant to a court order.

Yep, he hobnobbed with her before this happened. And, immediately after she introduced legislation banning lynching.

Then don't use their services
and especially don't use their services if you plan on filing false lawsuits and claims

Plus jussie used the us mail to send a hate threat and white powder ( thought to be tylenol) to himself. Thats on the federal level.
Since anthrax has been sent in the mail to people, the govt really frowns upon people sending stuff like that thru the mail.
Have to believe this clown is 38 and aspires to be the gay tupac. He has a serious mental issue with wanting to be thought of as a tough guy.
Also interesting is that in his lawsuit against chicago, he accuses police of ignoring other potential suspects, specifically white suspects.

meanwhile, those who actually care about race-baiting motherfrickers who lie and cry on every tv network in the country will be watching these developments with great interest.

Meh, this goes to the highest reaches of political cover up in Chicago. I like watching the fallout especially since it’s over fake racist shite.
It goes higher than Chicago. The DOJ and Obama got involved with this bullshite.
Power man is just being a Baghdad Bob on government race baiting corruption.
