Where was the lyft driver in this whole situation?

I would buy Gregory Payton a beer!

He is actually the one the judge was speaking to. It seems to be a no-win for him and he is laying low.

What I'm getting at is why is this guy called the lyft driver. Why isn't he Bob Smith or something?
Was he giving a ride to the judge?

Why is he in a no-win situation? The judge either said it or he didn't. Apparently he's the only person besides the two parties in question who heard what happened.

I guess they didn't know his name and he is not writing letters to the editor identifying himself so far.
I have not seen details of his daughter's conversation when she "Reached out".

If he sides with the judge he becomes a target for all the angry folks we see on the news nightly.
If he sides with the woman he will find out how judges stick together.
Either way, something vindictive will eventually come his way from this incident if he speaks out.
The truth will not set him free. Either way there will be whole groups mad at him.

Sharing one of those new oversized stools with Ms. Johnson

I disagree. The truth is the truth. It's not controversial.

Who shares a barstool with anyone? Much less a stranger who you paid to bring you somewhere.

Aint no way she shared a bar stool with any one. I'm just saying.

Lol ok now you're kind of what I was referring to. Why the hell is the lyft driver inside (assuming the lyft driver was for her or him)?
I've never had a driver get out of the car and come into a business for or with me

Keep that in mind when the Alton Sterling investigation is concluded.
In a perfect world you are right. In today's world any actions, whether right or wrong, come with consequences from those who don't like the outcome.

Well it looks like Kaneitra is actively participating in a Facebook thread ...

That's apples and oranges. The AS investigation is murky and is FAR less decisive than this guy saying the n-word or not.

As of about 15 minutes ago, no.
I looked at her FB page and she took down the 2013 post. Either that, or I overlooked it.
I did find this though ... indicates she is certainly pro-black and may have an issue with non-black people being in a position of authority.
