The planned development grossly exceeds the city's master plan zoning ordinance with respect to the housing density in that area. That is what was being argued in court

Yes, it can be. There are also people like me who actually don't give a shite about the politics and just like living close to family and being able to send my kids to the public school.

Every community has at least one concentrated segment of outspoken nutcases who think they represent the public opinion.

$500 per month apartment is cheaper than some private schools in BR.
