I'm 33 and lately I've noticed that my joints are constantly cracking, especially in the morning. Knees, hips, spine, neck, etc. This only started a few months ago. What's the deal? Am I just getting old? Do I need to go to a chiropractor? Is there some kind of vitamin or supplement I should be taking? I work out every day and have no physical restrictions. It's more annoying than anything.

Some men swear by natural breast milk. I find bull semen to work best.

I have a bunch of injuries and my physical therapist definitely didn't think joints cracking was good. Said there'd be a lot of pain down the line but there's not much you can reasonably do about it.

I can't even do sit ups anymore because my hip keeps popping in and out of place.

I thought this was gonna be about concrete. I was gonna say "that's what they're supposed to do, idiot".

But this is about you, so I'll just let you know that nobody gives a shite about you or your shitty joints.

Some people swear by them. Personally, I think they are witch doctors.

It truth, all it really is is you're joints are wearing on each other. So eventually they will grind down (hence why you shouldn't do it).

A medical question I have is this. Several of my joints were ripped apart a few years ago (long story, already talked about it on here). Once every few months, I'll get an extreme pain in one of these joints (usually a finger or toe) where it feels like I've gotten my finger cut the frick off. It lasts 3-4 seconds. Any ideas? Doctors are worthless about it.

You will do it regardless but there are things you can do to limit it.

Learning how to move with it. Everyone's different but you should have an idea to know what will crack when you do what. For me, it's taking slower movements and rolling into an action instead of being jerky.
