I’m Jewish and not cheap but a lot of fellow Jews I know live up to the stereotype. Absolutely no hesitation to buy a new car but if their McDonald’s order takes too long they’ll ask for a refund.

I used to deal with the Jewelry people from NYC, every transaction required negotiating and a discount. Most people learned to pad their pricing then give a discount, they are none the wiser.
