If it’s Tim’s IRL, yeah it’s usually available 11-12 at night. I usually listen on a run the next morning.

Non-incumbent is a copout answer. There are dozens of non-incumbent candidates in any election.
Do you mean the non-incumbent major party? Or a non-incumbent individual candidate from a major party already in power?
How about in the generals? How should people who live libertarian lives vote?
