Sorry pectus, I was in a meeting. But no I've never made it past the initial test, not for lack of trying though. I've done it every year as long as I can remember and usually come up with some stupid way to try and get an upper hand which never pays off. Last year I put it on my living room television and had six friends feeding me answers, which sucked because they all talked over each other and didn't help AT ALL.

For all of you that made it to the in-person tryouts, could you estimate gow many questions you got right? Isn't the selection based on a mystery minimum number of correct answers and those people that make the cut are pooled and randomly selected.

Someone always goes back and uploads the tests to youtube. I go back and google the questions I wasn't too sure about.

I was. I won like 6 days in a row, but didn't feel like being there anymore so I lost on purpose.

Bump for those taking it at seven. Been listening to crash course history on YouTube all day to prep, this my year, I can feel it.

Neat!

This is my first year trying.

I just got about 80% on the practice.

I didn't write my answers in the form of questions. Will the computer count misspellings as incorrect?

I will own only 3 categories...

earth science, 90s to present movies, and biblical trivia

that is it.

Hopefully I'll get those categories.

Shut up pectus.

But no, it doesn't require you to answer in a question and they don't count off for spelling.

Any other questions, rock nerd?

It should just start. You have it open in a separate window?

I made the in person tryouts a few years ago. I'm too ugly for TV.

Still going to take it tomorrow night.

The in person test I took was 50 questions. Someone there who had made it before says it takes 35 to make it. Only four people made it out of about 60 at my tryout.

I estimated I knew 28 for sure and had educated guesses on another 8. There were 14 I had no idea and had no answer I had to be 7/8 on the guesses to get in. I obviously did not make it.

The in person test is tough.
