Claim their outdated heating infrastructure can’t handle today, and they’re worried about children waiting for buses in this weather.

Back in my day I had to walk through 14miles of blizzard conditions just to get to school and the school didn't have no heater

What the school board is really saying.
Due to the lack of criminals doing crimes we have let the mandatory day care criminals off today to keep the crime numbers in check.
