They OD’ed and/or drug dealers that worked for the NARC who’s now the Chief of Police had them killed to shut them up since they knew who was behind the first 3-4 killings.
NARC covered it up because it was his product they ODed on. He pimped out the women at the local motel. Not sure if I believe the money reaches a politician in BR. If it did, it wouldn’t surprise me.
That’s my opinion.
