Nice. I'm leaning towards the TeraFlex 3". I had a Rough Country lift on my WK and wasn't very happy with it over time.

Grand Cherokee or nothing. The wranglers are cool cars, but I like creature comforts and extra space

My JKU is a good bit larger than my wife's Grand Cherokee on the inside

ETA: Just looked it up because I was curious

EPA Total Interior
JKU: 150.4 cu.ft.
Grand Cherokee: 140.5 cu.ft.

The JKU's interior isn't uncomfortable. We have done numerous long road trips (normally 13-16 hours each way) in my Sahara and I was very comfortable.

Mine has navigation, touchscreen, power everything, etc...

Money well spent. I had this lift on my JK. In 5 years, the Jeep will still be at the advertised ride height.

If I were to buy a Jeep it would be to take it Off-Roading with that said, I would buy a base model and build it the way I wanted.
It's comical the amount of newer Rubicons that have 15k-20k in upgrades that you see driving around.
You can't beat a solid axle for rock climbing.

I guess that makes sense. Personally I'd rather have the Dana 44 front and rear axles, front and rear lockers, electronic sway bar disconnect, rock rails and 4.10 gearing from the factory. My fuel economy is garbage with the 4.10 gearing though

I've had a YJ and TJ but once I pay off my current ride I'm seriously considering looking for an untouched LJ to build up. Dana 60's Lockers etc...for the type of wheeling we do, you can't beat sold axles.

That's one of the reasons JKU's are so popular... it's a functional SUV that families can use, not just a toy vehicle. I find the interior space is more than adequate.

Fuel economy with 5.12.....9mpg.

It is terrible when mpg comes in to a Jeep conversation.

Running 4.5" Rock Krawler mid arm with 3link rear. Besides needing stiffer shocks for NOLA roads it has been so much fun.

Look at Dat flex
