You're getting emotional and making ridiculous statements. That won't help your argument.
It is understandable that people would be skeptical of a rushed vaccine and leery of the long term effects of it. People at less risk should have the right not to be forced into taking it, or giving it to their kids, until they feel comfortable with it.

And as i'm doing now, i'll take my business elsewhere. Shoot up, mask up, and follow all the other triple masks plus weekly boosters all you want. Just, mind your own fricking business.
99.9% survivability rate. The fact people don't understand this is quite astonishing to me.

The bottom line is this....if JBE's words and actions over the last week or two don't open the Senate's eyes to hold a vote to do away with the Emergency Order for COVID then nothing will.
I'm on the side that nothing will unfortunately.
ETA I don't understand why the fool doesn't realize that the god damn mask mandate is hurting the call to vaccinate....he is a real idiot.

I don’t understand why people can’t come to terms with the choice to be unvaccinated. Here are a few reasons below. Which of these can you argue against?
1. Our leaders in the medical community have lied to the public numerous times over the last year about things that I don’t put in my body. Why should I trust them when it comes to something I will put in my body.
2. Despite what anyone says there is literally zero data on long terms effects of this vaccine. It’s interesting to me that drug trials and FDA approval typically take 5 to 12 years but we’re willing to approve this in record time without the same scrutiny.
3. The number of potential deaths and adverse effects from the vaccine are much higher than any other vaccine ever produced as reported by VAERS. If VAERS is unreliable then don’t you think it would be incumbent upon our leaders to have a reliable source before mandating a vaccine?
4. You have naturally occurring antibodies from a previous infection that most of the medical community recognize could be a better combatant against COVID.

where does 87 draw the line. mandating federal employees to get it? mandating state employees to get it? pressuring schools to enforce students to get it? pressuring private companies to get it? mandating that the general public has to get it to participate in the free market?

However, it might mean that you have better immunity than what any vaccine would induce. There simply isn't enough data to know at the moment.

The logic I’ve heard FOR the vax from people outside of the at risk population is : “so I can travel”. “So I can go to concerts”. “Because, everyone else is doing it”. “Pressure at work”. “Mandates at school”. “Pressure from family”. I could go on. It’s often NOT a personal medical decision to those who get it. Another persons vax status is none of your business, but only a dickhead would criticize someone for not getting it. Bunch of drones out there.

Many people here are for government mandates because they enjoy being told how to live their lives by the government.
And they get very angry when people don't do what the government says to do.
