Didnt he say the other day that restrictions aren't doing anything since no one listens? So why would he put us back in phase 1 or lockdown when he knows no one will listen?

He did.
Which was the most awareness (at least publicly) that I've seen from JBE since this started.
Everyone knows that the restrictions only hurts small businesses and do not prevent spread of COVID, as that is mostly at private gatherings.

that has always been the funniest part to me. He constantly blames private gatherings for the spikes but, continues to add restrictions for businesses. if he thought he could limit how many people you can have at your house, he would.

I have heard from a decent source he's going back to a modified phase 1.

Everyone I have spoken with in health care from spouse to mother-in-law to friends have yet to have any prep in emergency training/end of the world chaos stuff. To me, that’s a telling sign that we will be still in more of a phase 2.
You cannot shut businesses down again and then let it be okay for Wal-Mart and Albertsons to be infested with hundred of people at once. Makes so sense. Dude is always harping about small gatherings...then focus on that ya dummy.

We are 100% in no way shape or form going back to any sort of phase 1. He has privately said that he will never order schools to be closed again.
