This year looks like crap.

Clapton would have been better off not showing up to the show last time he came to the arena.

Seriously. There are two types of people..the ones who manage to find fun any in any given situation (which is not hard to do at Jazz Fest), and the ones who find any excuse to shite all over things because their life sucks. I wonder which one kingbob falls under

They usually have a country artist or two. I could see them adding Willie Nelson.

He was just there last year.

For the ones complaining about the lineup, who would you have preferred to see?

This.

I can't imagine how one could have a good time, plopping a chair down and listening to good music all day. It must be awful.

I think I could have a good time sitting around listening to crappy music all day.

I'm looking into it. Not sure what I'll be doing in the summer, but a friend of mine might be doing a road trip to all the dates in Texas.

. The side tents with the local acts are the best.

The side tents are by far my favorite...I usually rotate from gospel (who can't like some gospel while drinking a cold one), jazz, to blues.

They're afraid to say who they want to see because they know the music they listen to sucks and are afraid to get roasted on here

All I've said is that this lineup does little for me. Not enough for me to buy a ticket and put up with the crowds and pay exorbitant amounts for food and beer. I know music is a personal opinion so you can't satisfy everybody with any lineup. This year, just happens to be a year that I'm not satisfied and will not go.
