I remember when Barthelemy gave his own son a Tulane scholarship. Some Tulane students who went to high school with Bridget told me Bridget was a real biyatch.

This all the way. They simply don’t care. And more than likely they will get away with it, which only serves to make them more arrogant about it.

Look at the leader of that city. LaToya has all kinds of tax issues and she literally couldn’t care less about it. And neither do her constituents….in fact, they likely praise her for it.

Interesting story about that. My brother graduated Brother Martin with his son. Mayor Barthelemy's wife was seated next to my mother at their graduation. Her son's Tulane scholarship was listed in the graduation program.

She told my mother that they had received a call the week prior from a state legislator offering her son the scholarship, the family never told Brother Martin about the scholarship. Someone outside of their family, listed in the graduation program, to set them up. With in two days it was all over the news.
