But the petition wasn’t effective. When it was submitted to Japan’s minister of health, labor, and welfare, he reportedly said he was fine with the high heel policy remaining in place.

gif looks like it's from a gameshow, and that just reminds me that the Japanese have the best gameshows on the sheer basis of ridiculousness.

not totally supporting that, eyeglasses can be used as props in certain videos, or so a friend tells me

I showed this to my Japanese SO yesterday morning.

Upon reading it, I could tell she wasn´t pleased, yet she said nothing. Suck it up, buttercup is definitely collectively ingrained there.

That said, this doesn´t apply to her firm here. ´It is not truth around me´, she says.

No I’m pretty sure that the Scandinavian countries did the government mandated equality. It ended up poorly

If I had a billion dollars, I would start a refuge for young beautiful Japanese girls who (unfortunately) wore glasses. Sort of like a Turtle refuge. I would make sure they were fed, cared for and treated with love.

Might win a Nobel prize. It could happen....

Maybe I could start a Go-Fund-Me Page.
