Even though the theory doesn't make much sense I'm sticking with "the guy who wrote Alice in Wonderland did it" because that is more fun

It was the guy in Asylum for killing his wife. I think everyone agrees

To actually respond to the OP.
No, I never thought the Jack the Ripper murders had a sexual Angle. I always thought he just tore the women to pieces and ran off.
So this is interesting I agree. Never talked about.

He will become eligible for parole in 2023, when he has served three quarters of his sentence
I don't want to live on this planet anymore

I’d be willing to bet the victims family supported this. They’ll be waiting for him on day one, no doubt. They figured prison was too good for him.

Exactly.
"DNA evidence " is not the magic bullet everyone thinks it is.

Well, the semen definitely confirms sex was involved. So it could’ve been a mix.
If I'm not mistaken, most, if not all of JTR's victims were prostitutes and drunks who struggled to make it from day to day. So, knowing that, it seems obvious semen would be present on their garments.
Cleanliness was not part of the norm back in those days, and likely less so with the lifestyle they were living.

The victims were listed as prostitutes, but "Lucy Worsely Investigates" recently had an episode on JTR, and an historian explained that many poor, unmarried women were automatically considered prostitutes by some, especially those of upper class. One fellow wrote an oft-cited article about how many thousands of prostitutes were in London at the time; he included as prostitutes all women who lived with a man to whom they were not married. So the victims may or may not have been out turning tricks.

If you are ever in London, go take the tour. I did in the summer of 2017. Very cool tour.

There was a contemporary set of murders called the Thames Torso Murders.
Lesser known than the White Chappel murders. Still unsolved.

So it was semen and blood on the shawl after all. Thanks for that new video.
He had schizophrenia, was a barber/surgeon, so he had anatomical knowledge and suffered from solitary vices.
Crazy to think I could get busted from an old sock I nutted in 30 years ago, much more 130 years ago for the shawl and the DNA stayed viable for comparison.
Bill Clinton never had a Chance with Monica Lewinskiy's dress.

Komenski fits the profile.
I agree with this based on everything I have read about it. They had a bloody garment and did DNA testing and it matched a living relative.

According to that wiki, he passed in 2023

100% solved, I believe now. It's weird that this story is not getting a whole lot of attention in the media.
I guess it's just a ghost story to the modern public.
Interestingly, I remember when this would have been headline news back in the day, but also we were scared of quicksand, killer bees, and guys in windowless white vans. lol

I used to go to this pub in London when I was there for work, the pub has been there a few hundred years, my favorite booth to sit and have a pint and people watch had a plaque that speculated that, even though no one ever knew his identity,Jack would have probably stopped in there for a pint as it was central to many of his crimes, and not only that, he had probably sat in that exact booth
