Are there really that many lesbians in women’s prison? It seems like 75% of the characters engage in some sort of lesbian activity, is that an accurate depiction of real prison life?

Yeah but in this show most people are gay, that can’t possibly be what it’s like in real life...? I mean I get after a while girls start looking good to girls and they are naturally inclined to experiment more anyways but are there really like 3/4 of all women prisoners have had lesbian sexual relations?
