That's pretty disgusting. 
Could you imagine how bad that would stink in the summer time? Especially down here in Louisiana with all that lovely humidity.

I was about to post the same thing. I used them almost 20 years ago in Amsterdam. I found it quite strange that I was standing there pissing in the middle of the street, but no one seemed to pay any attention to me at all.
Hmmm...not sure how I feel about that now that I think about it.
