It's a total crock that wives expect gifts from husbands on mother's day.

You're not my mother, bitch. You get Valentine's day, your birthday, and Christmas to expect shite from me. Stop being so damn greedy.

Wow you're gonna be husband of the year with that attitude.

Why'd you even get married?

You must not have kids. You're paying for it then too.

I feel sorry for you if you have to give your wife gifts to have sex.

That would be grounds for divorce in my eyes as I don't cheat

So she's not a mother and wants something? That's too much.

Cards or drawings from your kids should be enough.

Who the hell acknowledges valentine's day for starters.

And, while I say happy Mother's day to my wife, I don't get her shite. I'll cook for her, but that's it.

Birthdays, Christmas, and anniversary day and that's it as for as gifts. Usually a meal and a poke for the most part except Christmas......gift, meal then a poke.

women are taught from a very young age to seek attention, so they pretty much hijack any occasion that involves gift giving.

fact is, they possess the key to the universe....so if you don't want to play the game, don't expect to sniff the poonany for a good while afterwards...your choice.

Well, if you have a kid under 13 or so, you have to buy a gift "from" your kid that is pretty much from you, sooo...

Is she the mother of your children?

Did she house a human being that shares some of your DNA inside her body for 9 months?

If you answered yes....the least you could do is give her some small token to show your appreciation for mothering your children. I would imagine most women would be thrilled to get a card and a small thoughtful gift or show of appreciation and are not expecting expensive gifts for Mother's Day.
