That's not their lot. It's still for sale. Their house is done next month.

The lot is only like 2 acres I think. It's got a private pond in addition to lake access though. It's a bit awkward though because our "fired/retired" defensive coordinator lives next door.

I have been going back and forth between adding a rooftop tent to my LC. It makes things really convenient and easy.
