I've had a different view on this lately. In the long run I think this might be beneficial to society. A problem we have now is that a lot of people believe any bullshite they read, but now even those people.. or some of them question if a video is real. The fear is that AI generated videos would cause unexpected events. People seeing something, believe it and have some type or reaction to it, but if people will know to stop and ask themselves "is this fake". Long term that might help fight "fake news"
