3. it was mentioned earlier that people with NO exposer to christianity is few and far between. With todays technologhy and resources and missions all over the world The word is out there. Im not saying all have heard it..but its getting there
Yes they are exposed to it, but man that is really hard to start following something when you, your whole family, and almost your entire country preach something different

Just think how immersed you are in Chistianity, how much passion and belief you have sense you were born and raised and culturally apart of it here in America. That is the exact same way they are brought up with Hindu. All of a sudden they have to figure out Christianity or they are eternally damned? Just seems very convenient and lucky that that happens to be the religion you were born into

you seem like a good dude. we just have differing views on salvation criteria. you're firm in your beliefs, and I do respect that.

I lived through things that leave zero doubt there is a supernatural realm surrounding us.

I've also seen the power of God firsthand.

Guess it makes my decision to follow God real easy.

Don't be jealous though, I've been through hell on earth in my short life.

I found it amazing the USA Today reports that there are over 40 journalists missing in Syria/Iraq and it isn't being given any more coverage than this.

Don't argue. Let them take their excuses and morally outraged to the throne. They'll find their answers there.

i understand everyone is different. Im in no position to judge. I sin as much as anyoe. I am firm in my beliefs and believe God sent his son Jesus to die for my sins. And if we admit we are sinners and accept him as our savioir we are then saved and Get to enjoy heaven. Thats basis of what i believe, and im not ashamed to tell anyone about it. But im not going to force it down anyones throat because thats the worst thing to do. I know there are tons of different religions and even tons of different variations of christianity. I respect that and will not tell you that you are wrong and going to hell, i can just live my life and hope to be a witness by the way i live so that you decide on your own you want to a follower of Christ.

I feel like I can relate to them so much. I was just like them for most of my life.

God gave me all my answers in due time, thankfully, however those lessons were not fun to learn.

I respect the other posters defending their faith in this thread. I do not respect you.

That is all.

The condescending nature of your posts regarding religion and the disrespect you showed to James Foley.

Truth isn't condescending. It's the same tired argument every person who does not believe in the Lord makes. Why does he punish these people, why are these people not exempt. The entire time, they are left with no excuses but to make excuses for others.

It's the same thing every time. End the end, you don't want to believe, fine. Just say you don't believe. Just don't keep trying to rationalize why choose not to believe to make sense.
