Umm, no Bubba. You are mistaken.
The father had filed suit. Paragraph 25 of the father's filed suit reads:
quote:
On January 15, 2016, the United States issued a letter addressed to Ms. Muthana at her parents’ residence, purporting to revoke her passport under 22 C.F.R. 51.7 and 51.66. Exhibit D.
In the revocation letter, the government again acknowledged that her father’s diplomatic position ended on September 1, 1994, but now asserted for the first time that because the U.S. Permanent Mission to the United Nations, Host Country Affairs Section, had not been officially notified of his termination until February 6, 1995, she was not “within the jurisdiction of the United States” at the time of her birth, and therefore not a United States citizen pursuant to the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution.
So there you have it. This was not a unilateral decision by Trump, but a continuation of policy set by his predecessor, President Obama.
Her father filed the lawsuit earlier today in Washington D.C.

i'm usually pretty opposed to most of what Trump does and says, but on this one, i'm absolutely behind him...
it's pretty simple... not a citizen, no reason to be let back in, especially when you choose to join/marry into a terrorist organization vowing war against the place you are seeking to re-enter...
if she was a citizen, then yeah, allow her back, to be put into a jail cell, and tried for treason against the US, and when found guilty, have her do her time here in America, as a citizen of said country....

If you renounce your country and join the enemy you're not a citizen.
I'd let a nazi back before a isis member.
Very likely she could be a suicide bomber in training.

I actually think it would make a better example out of her to bring her back, try her for treason, and sentence her to death

She made her bed when she joined a terrorist organization that has the goal of crushing western civilization. She’s a perfect example of a risk not worth taking, she could easily be trying to get back in to strap on a bomb vest and walk into a mall, church, government building or whatever other place.

an idiot in south Carolina fired a round against the north.
the south said whoops, my bad for having an idiot in south Carolina, but the North took up arms and started the civil war.

Actually the north started the civil war to take our state’s rights away

Sorry honey, under those circumstances the door opens in one direction. See if you can get someone else to take you in. Or if we're feeling generous, offer her a room in gitmo for the rest of her days.

how come marijuana is legal if the state's rights got taken away by the north winning . shouldn't the federal law making it illegal be the law of the land?
Posted on 2/22/19 at 4:38 pm to JETigER
Marijuana isn’t legal in the south
It was before the north came in and burned all the weed crops though

Well...she was just wanting the freedom to experiment with what it might be like to join a violent stone aged terrorist group and to live among them, call for the downfall of America, and see if it would be something she might like. Really guys, it was just an innocent case of youthful indiscretion. She didn’t like it and now realizes it is better in America and we should embrace and celebrate her desire to be welcomed back home. She learned a lot.
