Question is......could Einstein have built the foundation for physics like Newton did? Put Newton in the 20th Century with the info Einstein had, and just imagine where we'd be now

Well, you've got to also think about what happened to Tesla and if Newton would be able to survive the lawsuits from the likes of Thomas Edison.
