Only been to New Orleans so I don’t know much about your state. Driving out for the Clemson game in a few year. I’ll be sure to by pass that place

Alexandria isn’t a good choice to make generalizations because it’s economy, climate, and natural beauty is a draw for people including the homeless so it goes without saying that it would have more.
