I’ve never met someone who actually purchased a Yeti. They all claim to have won it for free.

Yeti makes a fine quality product

That is how I got that useless k2.

Stuart Bishop used to give every player in his tournament a K2 cooler when Burton was still there

Coleman steel belted, I have a couple that are 20 years old and work perfectly. Have never had to fix anything and use them a good bit.
Metal handles, hinges and latch. They can handle being thrown around a bit.

I have a Yeti soft cooler and am thankful I did not pay for it. Won it at The Rusty Nail in NOLA for an Oksar Blues contest.
I hate it. It's clunky, a pain in the arse to unzip and also hold open.

RTIC has some great deals going on their website right now.
Like what? I just looked and did not see anything other than their standard "vs the competition" price.

Can anyone recommend a soft sided ice chest/cooler for 20-30 cans? I already have the typical hard style that's been out for a while, but I'm tired of carrying that heavy arse thing around.

I’m sure there are knockoffs (that are actually made in the US) by now.
FIFY...since the Yeti 5 gallon bucket is the only product they sell that is actually made here.

I’ve always called it an ice chest, never said cooler
same.....however, I do use the terms 'ice box' and 'refrigerator' interchangeably.

I got mine with United Airlines miles.

They do or at least did have a US plant and would send you a US made cooler if you called and asked for it.

Yeti makes a nice enough cooler but those who own them are much like practitioners of crossfit or vegans - they find a way to inject into ANY conversation they're in

I have four Yeti ice chests
25 quart- Junk. Holds very little product and doesn't hold ice. I only use it on the side by side.
35 quart- better, but still doesn't hold ice any better than a cheap brand
45 quart-absolute trash
105 quart- will hold ice for a week but you need a crane to move it when it is full.
I bought these when I was younger and very stupid. The only one I would buy again is the 105 because when we go to the camp in the marsh for 3-4 days without any store around It holds all the extra ice I will need.

Not sure there is anything more ridiculous than seeing a big truck with a huge Yeti sticker in the back window. WTF is wrong with people?? Why in the world would anyone want a Yeti sticker in their truck window.
It is a fricking cooler. Good gawd. I felt this way before they started going political cuck.
