Are treatments working? Is mortality rate going down? Some new stories is doom and gloom, while others are hopeful we are getting a hold on it.
It's just getting started. Heres how I see it:
It's like a football game against a good, solid team.
We're playing at a neutral site.
Vegas has us favored by 4.
No Burreaux, but we do have Trump!
We win the toss and elect to kickoff and receive for the 2nd half
We kickoff.
Our opponent puts together 9 play drive that ends with a field goal from the 22 yard line.
With 10:14 remaining in the 1st qtr, the scoreboard reads: 0 - 3
......but theres a lot of football left to be played

As of today we are 7-14 days out from (their words) the surge
Make of that what you will.
14 days out from the surge of patients definitely makes sense to me.

The thing I notice with the numbers is the worldwide death toll is over 4%, but the US death toll is just over 1%. Not sure why - we're early in the corse of it? We have better healthcare? We tested more asymptomatic people? Sonething else?

They aren’t treating anyone. If you’re not knocking on death’s door, you’re turned away.
Good luck.
Good luck.
