Medicine in America is broken.
Physicians used to be scientists tasked with critical thinking, problem solving and tool development. Now we have reimbursement games and rote treatments. Demand is unlimited as nobody seems to actually have to pay for any of it either.

I fricking hate AGT now because of crap like this. It's not about talent anymore it's about sob stories....they were kinda an OK choir that got the golden buzzer cause they were nurses. Another golden buzzer was given to a kinda ok singer who's talent was having cancer.... hate that my wife still wants to tune into this crap
