I've worn a size 32 waist for my entire adult life. Now I've noticed I need size 31 waist although i have weighed the same amount for the past 10 years. I even measured my waist and it is 32 inches on the dot yet a size 32 is too big. I dont understand

Go get sized for big boy clothes and you'll be shocked that you're more than likely not a 32 waist..

A. 18 or younger
Or
