Been going through different ones from numerous brands but can't seem to find one that I can rely on. Need to get down about 30-35 pounds so looking for one with least amount of calories.

Because 1 egg has 5 grams of fat with 5 grams of protein, not too good if you are relying on eggs as a protein source.

First please try to get your protein source mainly from food, not supplements. Now, if you want to throw a shake in the mix just to bump your protein number, that's ok. Optimum Nutrition is a good one. Good macros.

Eggs are high in fat and cholesterol. Guess what? That's good for boosting the testosterone in your body. And what does testosterone do? Builds muscle and shreds fat.

Gold Standard Whey is pretty.. standard. A few months ago, Costco in BR had a massive sale on Cytosport 100% Whey, I got 2 huge bags for $25/ea.. i think it's 6lbs each bag.

Gold Standard Whey Protein Isolates.

Per serving:
24g Protein
5.5g BCAAs
4g Glutamine & Glutamic Acid

If your goal is to add more protein to your diet, then this is it. That EAS Protein is crap.

Sued, among other companies, for not being exactly truthful in disclosing the amount of protein you're getting.
