It all depends on the resources your parish/county has. I'm pretty sure my parish just got finished installing electrical outlets, so it's gonna be a while before they get hooked up to the Internet.

Call the clerk of court you suspect they were married in and they can verify that. You may have to pay for a printed record. But it's definitely public.

That's why I said call them. They may give you info over the phone and will definitely provide it in person. Hiding a marriage isn't legal. Well it's not a right to privacy or something is what I mean.
