I'm actually cleaning up a mess that was made by a CEO working directly with an overseas team right now.

I never said our Programmers are
Our lowest level back office operations/IT and desktop support are not American
And there are TONS of them. Because we are a very large organization.
my organization is doing just fine with this model.
For me IT is, hey my internet sucks upgrade me etc.

I live in a college town with a high Indian culture population.
No baths.
These people can be smelled 3 aisles over in the grocery store.
They know the clothing return policy for each store and abuse it. Buy clothes, keep the tags and receipts, and exchange them on the 88th or 89th day of the 90-day policy.
Made me stop buying clothes at stores in my city.

There is a gas station we meet at in Winnie, TX where we meet to go duck hunting. Winnie was about an hour from where I used to live and it never failed, I would have to sprint to the shitter when I got there and I am sure it wasn't a secret why I was running. One morning after finishing up and picking out some junk to buy I went to pay the Indian guy with cash out of my wallet and he would not take it because I touched it with the hand I guess they assume they would wipe their arse with and I am a straight up American baw and not Indian.
