Americans care about bitching about politicians but not enough to actually vote.
I assume North Korea and Uzbekistan are pretty apolitical since the leader is practically a god in those countries and dissent is a death sentence.

No. There's never been one in history and there never will be one unless the population is completely controlled. Don't let politics get on your nerves. Disassociate from people who allow it to influence their daily lives. Stay away from ideologues/ideology and embrace principles.
