No.. I am pretty sure certain industries just tell that to their people because that industry supports a certain party.
You know how many people think they will lose their job if a certain candidate gets elected? I hear it every year. People will say "be sure to vote for __________ because if ________ gets elected we might not be here much longer". Election happens, all those people keep their job, no matter who is elected.

I think she's just naturally more moderate.
She's farther left than Obama, if that is possible. You are going to see massive tax increases on taxpayers, and an even more open border.
Elections have consequences.

Make peace with ramping up nuclear then.
Wind and solar will always be mere parlor tricks when it comes to satisfying the base load of the US system which is 60% industrial.

Just 70% of the oil imported is used for transportation. You are right on the money with this one.

Possibly if that poster meant passenger automobiles by vehicles he might be pretty close. Most fuel used for transportation is probably FO and MGO for moving large ships.
At some point those will start moving away from petroleum, but that is a ways away and even then the next big thing in that field is going to be LNG.

A silver lining with her is she wants to shut down fracking which would actually help the offshore work.
that's a public stance, privately she is pro fracking, don't get me wrong she's a huge piece of shite and criminal but you need to go read her leaked speeches.

I keep telling my coworkers that Killary is in the Oil Companies pockets and that she talking out of her arse to get elected. While I prefer Trump, at this point anyone will be better for the Oil Industry than Barry O.....
Posted on 10/27/16 at 11:59 am to toddzilla
The oil industry is their own worse enemy. Politicians had little to nothing to do with the oversupply problem.

I am dedicated and I have done my time, but Hillary send the DOJ after good police officers and prosecute them unfairly and I don't have to stay and take a chance.

and the border is already open for all practical purposes.
neither Trump nor Clinton proposes anything to deal with the realities.
wall does not rid of 11 million already here.
ask yourself why it is not a felony for a person OR corporation to hire one illegal.
It would end them coming.
it would end them having work here.

We should have done like Trump said and just took Iraq's oil.
