Only the left lane and the left lane is for passing only. People are just sitting there at a dead stop not knowing what to do.

At the river where the barges hit it goes down to two lanes in each direction, reduced from 4 in each direction. Has not been a problem nor caused delays.

Dont tell that to anyone from Texas, they think the left lane is for doing 20 mph under the speed limit
