Krewe D' Vieux is one of the best parades every year.

Go see Krewe D Vieux and repot back if you still think they are all the same. LOL

And I don't suggest anyone go to Little Rascals in Metairie. It's by far the worst of the parades

It's a children's parade, what do you expect?

Pictures really should be attached so that the OP knows what this parade is all about. Its not for the ordinary Baw.

I was asking about the parades that go down st charles. Kids will be there, so I am not taking them to a freak show.

Then, honestly, you should go to Metaire.

Mardi Gras is all about celebration of freaks. It's what makes it awesome.

Ive been to freak shows like De vieux. I've been to uptown parades. Uptown parades don't have naked people running around.

Its fantastic for those with little kiddos. Not nearly as crowded. Also, you can still get dinner reservations. Other than Thoth Sunday, it's really the best in terms of parades.
