It's simple geometry. We know distances. The distance of the "equator" tells us how curved a spheroid should be over any distance. It turns out if you do the math it's a lot more curved than your common conception of it. It should curve over 60 feet every 10 lateral miles! That's ridiculous! You can see the ground and the water, everything further than that on a plane or the ocean, when so much SHOULD be obscured past the curve.

There are those reading this thread who will not look into evidence. If they were taught to have an open mind, and approach things with the scientific method, they might be surprised by what they find.

Prove us all wrong my man.

Go to the top of the tallest observation deck in NYC. Bring the most powerful telescope readily available on the market.

Aim it right at Africa or Europe, you should have a totally unobstructed view. Let's see the results.

You will prove us all wrong and stump modern science.

That's what's been done. You can just get a Nikon Coolpix P900. Modern science says a bunch of crap that doesn't make sense and we show how it doesn't make sense. People just post emoticons and belittle others instead of admitting they're wrong. This is where we are

None of you have tried to explain how satellites work yet.

Do it then. Take pictures of Europe from New York.

How about this, even easier. Go to Wilmington NC, go to the beach, and use a p900 to take pictures of Bermuda. That should be even easier, right?

Let's see it.

Explain what you mean by “It doesn’t though” are you saying you can see the ground from 10 miles away? Ohhh you’re saying you can see any of the ground regardless of distance. Why when I’m on the Mandeville lake front at night I can clearly see the lights of the skyscrapers in NOLA but I can’t see any ground level lights? Are they using special super duper bright lights in those offices in the Shell building?

Because the earth isn't curved. That is a more pressing issue.

A million faults are pointed out with the narrative for example SEEING PAST THE DAMN CURVE

But instead of scientific experimentation with these major faults you just want me to be your new God and explain the whole universe to you. Because that is all you know.

They are mounted to the firmament maybe. Who cares. The earth isn't fricking curved man.

Flat Earthers don't make that claim. They acknowledge that the haze of the air prohibits us from seeing certain distances.

I posted a video earlier in this thread of a guy using a NIKON cool pic to show a ship slowly dropping away as it headed off away from him. So any reference to a Nikon coolpix will be ignored.

With a telescope?

That's convenient for them, and rather odd.

Your eyes can't see that far. But you can see Corsica from Nice, with a telescope see Cuba from Florida. People prove this all the time and post videos and they get deleted. This literally happens constantly. Go do it yourself

Yeah, korkie! It’s the effBeeEyes job to take their spy blimps up to the firmament and do clandestine shite like mount spy satellites and 5g networks to the bubble and periodically screw in/unscrew those “star” lights to make it look like the sky is changing.

You frickin rube.

You can't prove it's round but you demean the nonbelievers. Literally a cult. You can't think for yourself. You're scared to.
