There is this misconception that if you are married life is supposed to be always rainbows and sunshine.
I see people post this sentiment from time to time, but I don't think I know anyone who really thinks that is what marriage is like

You had to listen to her complain about me? I'm sorry...

Pisses me off married dudes are sleeping with single women. Dude got his leave some for the rest of us.

I don't think so at all. I believe that due to the openness of sex talk and all is a big factor. It's not something thats unspoken or taboo to talk about. That leads to just better happiness between couples

I'd say based on your age that your friends are experiencing the 7-year-itch. The dust will settle after a while and then you'll see another round of divorces once the kids go off to college.

Sure. They're not all trash.

Cheating on your husband is trashy. You should shame the cheating hobags by posting their names and phone numbers here.

That's not what that show was about.

In today’s world you have to assume your on camera as soon as you step out of the house, people get caught up in the lust and forget that simple fact. Cheating isn’t something new, it’s just easier to do and also easier to get caught.

I never cheated when I was married. But I can't say that about my ex-husband.

I understand being attracted to someone else but to risk it all for pleasure just isn’t worth it. I took my wedding vows seriously and my wife did too. Yes we fight and yes we have rough times but we love each other unconditionally. We’re in the minority as well.

Publicly, yes. But in reality, well-to-do people have even more opportunities to cheat & be total pervs. They may be more discreet, but it’s still rampant, and always has been
Wrong. The poor do these things at astonishingly higher rates.

Cool. The affluent still get plenty on the side, no matter how much they publicly frown upon it.

They said stop drinking and going out without your ole lady huh?
I know you’re joking.
FWIW I didn’t drink or go out without her.
Plenty issues can contribute to infidelity.
I, personally, have never physically cheated. I have made mistakes, but nothing I couldn’t overcome. I just chose to make the effort and understand my faults, with a professional.
What works for one, may not work for another. But you don’t know until you’ve tried it.
ETA: I should add I’ve never been married. Anything I was on both ends of was while dating.
Marriage is sacred and vows should be taken seriously. When problems arise, have the courage to reach out for help.
